I mean,

If you mean "How many combat archers are there who wear full armor, and can
swing a stick as a defensive weapon if appropriate (and allowed by the
scenario)" probably 10-15, maybe a few more.  Those would be the folks who
not only have CA authorization, but one or more Heavy Weapons forms as well.
Keep in mind that in Atlantia, the standard rules in place make it virtually
impossible for an archer to draw a backup weapon in live combat.  Also
remember that the kill standard is still touch kill regardless of armor worn
for archers.

If you mean "How many combat archers are there who wear full armor, and
expect to get hit to be killed, and expect to defend themselves with a
backup weapon", then none, as it is against Atlantian rules.  There has been
an experiment in Yeoman archery, which would do this as an optional addition
to the standard CA, but it hasn't taken off yet, and is still very much
experimental.

so do they have them at pennsic? are my dreams of being just that being
dashed to peices or is there somthing that we could do if there was enough
interest?
I mean other kingdoms have heavy archers right?
