[MR] Holiday Faire

Unto the populace of Atlantia that plan on attending the grand event called
Holiday Faire.

If you are a merchant (or otherwise working in the event), then you know
that you will be able to start setting up your area by 7am. Anyone donating
anything to the Silent Auction should have it delivered well before 10am.

If you are of the general populace than let it be know that we will open the
doors to the shopping in the vicinity of 10am.

The marshal activities will also be available to start about 10am (SCA time)
depending on the marshal in charge of the particular activity. (heavy
fighting, rapier, thrown weapons, archery, coursing - well I guess you could
add shopping in this category also (don't have any marshals for shopping).)

All marshal activities will be over by 4:30 to 5 pm.

Projected Yew Bow meeting at the outside royal pavilion at 5pm

Projected Court in the vicinity of 6PM (to be announced at the event by the
royals).

The site will be closed to all except the cleanup crew by 8pm.

Cone one, come all to enjoy a day of activities and shopping. Remember,
there is no marshals designated for shopping. So there is no limit on what
you may purchase.
