Milord Seamus,

How about "Semper hic inventus," literally "always found here"? The
only special thing to watch in pronunciation would be that, in
classical (Roman Empire) Latin, the "v" in "inventus" is pronounced as
an English "w."

I'm guessing, too, that whoever is "always here" is masculine and one
person. If that person is feminine, the last word would be "inventa."
Plurals for masculine and feminine would be "inventi" and "inventae,"
respectively. For mix of both genders, classical Latin would use the
masculine.

Yours in service,
Lord Darri Kveldulffson
Acting Seneschal, Hartsbane
