[MR] heavy archers

I had to put my two cents in.

There are a lot of people who have authorized CA so that they can play on a 
seige engine team.  So they may not be participating as an archer but may be 
on the field playing behind and engine.  I could not guess at the total 
number of people who fall into this catagory, but off the top of my head I 
can think of roughly 9-12 who do.
