Unto those who receive this does Gorm of Berra, still Golden Dolphin Herald for a little bit longer, send greetings:

As you should have read in the recent Acorn, the transition of responsibilities of Golden Dolphin Herald to Mistress Alisoun is underway.  Although I will have official responsibility for the office until 12th Night, she is assuming responsibility for December's submissions.

As such, all submissions should be being sent to her at her address in the Acorn (if you only have an older one, see her entry under Southern Regional Exchequer or Drop-Dead Herald deputy), beginning December 1st, 2003.

Those submissions which arrive at my door before December 1st will be handled by me as part of the December Letter of Intent.  Those which arrive after December 1st will be packaged together and forwarded on to Alisoun in a group.  Although your submission will still be handled, it runs twice the normal risk of Postal Service loss or delay, especially given that that will be around the holidays.

It has been a honor and a pleasure to serve the Kingdom for these last two years, and I am certain Mistress Alisoun will continue and improve the fine standards the Atlantian College of Heralds has maintained over the years.
