[MR] Barge Cement for shields at Zack White's

Please please please  be very careful when using Barge Cement.  The fumes
are actually quite toxic.  We used to use it all the time to repair shoes
for theatre.  A slightly safer alternative (and somewhat easier to find) is
Brown Gasket Glue - available at Granger hardware (and on-line).

If you are using Barge - outside while wearing a respirator is the safest
way to apply it.  DO NOT USE IT INDOORS IF YOU CAN AVIOD IT.

You may now return to your regularly scheduled shield decorating.
