[MR] a little history on the terms we use

I remember a Geography Professor discussing ancient narratives.  Prehistoric stuff.  He related a theory that there are some kids stories that go back to our caveman days, and the story of the troll bridge and the 3 billy-goats gruff was one of them.  So the term troll may be WAY prior to period.

(I remember these snippets.  Tons of useless but interesting little facts.  I wish I remembered the bibliography to go with them, too.)
