I believe the original post was meant in humor, and
having met many of the kingdom greyhound/whippet
owners they all seem to be loving animal owners. I do
understand your zeal though. It is why I have never
owned a dog bought from a breeder, and instead have
raised three family companions from humane society
rescues. The third is a beautiful coward of a black
lab, 5 years old and still a baby. No way she would
ever chase a lure, it would scare her to death! Unless
the lure was a bag of cookies...
