Unfortunately, we were unable to recommend the following items for approval 
by Laurel, and therefore RETURNED them.  Their owners will soon be 
receiving letters explaining the reasons for these returns in detail, and 
will have one year from the dates of those letters to resubmit revised 
items at no additional charge:

Cynwrig Chwith - Resubmitted Device
Per pale sable and argent, a unicorn rampant to sinister counterchanged.

Conflict with Siber Throckmorton O'Ciaragain as registered in December, 
1994 ("Per pale sable and argent, a unicorn rampant contourny between three 
fleur-de-lys counterchanged.")  There is only one difference for addition 
of the secondaries.

Geneene l'Amoreaux de la Bourgeon Rose - New Prmary Name and Device
Per chevron barry azure and argent and sable, a chevron Or in base on a 
heart argent a rose gules.
There was insufficient documentation for the  First name element, in 
addition we have concerns about the complexity of the Device, which had to 
be returned due to the lack of a name.

Robert Maccuswell - New badge
(Fieldless) A holly leaf per pale azure and argent.
Administrative Return - We were unable to locate a registered name for this 
submission, and as such must return it.
