[MR] 2004 Pentathlon in Persona NOT cancelled

I'm happy to report that the Pentathlon in Persona/Triathlon in Persona, to
be held at the Kingdom A&S Festival next year, is NOT cancelled.

Atlantia's Order of the Laurel has decided to sponsor this competition as a
group.  We know that people are already working on items for their entry,
and we want to encourage their endeavors.  I will be the point of contact on
this competition this year, at least until the Order discusses it further.
