Maybe if the billy goats weren't so gruff the troll would have been nicer.
The troll couldn't help that he was physically repulsive to the goats,
though if I were a 4-legged animal then a 2-legged animal would probably
be repulsive to me too. Why does the word 'troll' have to have negative
connotations? Why does everyone always stick up for the goats? Poor guy
was just trying to make a living & live a peaceful quiet life, and those
unruly, inconsiderate goats came trampling over his bridge making all that
racket...
