I believe what the author was asserting is that Osama
bin Laden is well known to be on dialysis. A knight,
being sworn to uphold the weak and defenseless would
not physically confront Osama.
I find that thinking erroneous, as the events of Sept.
11 show Bin Laden to be anything but weak or helpless.
His own propaganda films show him bearing arms (though
admittedly a rifle is easier to use than a sword).
Personally, I find the portrayal of the slaughterer of
thousands as a pitiable figure to be repulsive and
irresponsible.
