All,

After several emails, I spoke with the hotel. They did not inform me of
this when we first negotiated, however their system will not open up for
2004 reservations until November 24.

I will make some calls to other local hotels this week, however based upon
the number of rooms the hotel has, and their offer of the use of a
conference room and lounge at no charge, I suspect this will remain the
best option.

I will post additional information from other hotels when I receive it.
