[MR] Marinus Baronial Investiture

Greetings to the Tavern,

To encourage the fighters at Marinus's Baronial Investiture to look
their best, as incoming Baron & Baroness, Otto and I are offering two
prizes, one for rapier and one for heavy, for the fighters who have the
best appearance
on the field.  Knights and White Scarves are not eligible - our goal is
to encourage our newer members. 

We are also offering a prize for the A&S entry in competition or display
that has the best documentation.  In this case, we am looking for
artisans who are not Laurels or Pearls, as again, our goal is to
encourage new artisans.
