On the 22nd day of November an annual tradition was once again renewed, as
gentles gathered from divers parts of the Known World for Holiday Faire.
Such glorious weather we had last weekend in Stierbach. Perfect for
pursuits such as shopping, fighting, shopping, archery, shopping, hound
coursing, shopping, rapier, and shopping. And as the sun sank behind the
horizon we gathered indoors as His Majesty Ragnarr, having completed his
daytime task as Marshal In Charge, and Their Excellencies of Stierbach
Mika and Ursula, held Court.
(Drea -- please contact me off-list to get the rest of the info.)
1) Achmed ibn Yousef - Award of Arms
2) Stefan von Kiel - Bright Leaf
3) Antonio da Collaureo - Award of Arms
At this point the Baronial Court was opened. Its tale I shall leave to its
own court herald as I have not the records.
4) Once Baronial Court was closed, the results of the Lochmere Arrow
Competition were announced. For the third consecutive year Stierbach
was victorious. A new item (and a new case for all the items) were
presented in addition to the original arrow.
5) Eleanor de Chester - Award of Arms
6) Cairistiona de Coueran - Opal
7) Ann Ramsey - Award of Arms
8) Erindahl maic Cennen - Bright Leaf
9) Amie Sparrow - Award of Arms
10) Cecily Clervaus - Opal
11) Wulfhild von Konigsberg - Award of Arms
12) Ignacio Erensuarleselasgarria (new name now in progress but I forget
what it is) - Golden Dolphin and Grant of Arms
It was my honor and privilege to be the herald for this particular Royal
Court, and I do attest that these things did happen, and that the order of
their occurrence is correct. I remain yours in service,
Evan da Collaureo
Kraken Herald
