"Concierge" is Right Out. The folks working the check-in desk do not have 
time to deal with schlepping anything, or even making arrangements for 
same, which to my mind is an integral part of a concierge's duties.

I've seen "Gatekeeper" used at a number of events. Also "doorward(en)".
