[MR] Event Pricing

Hi,
What some groups have done is to set the site fee for all under 18 at a
discount, but charge full price for feast. This allows us not to charge a
NMS for any youth, yet still pays for the feast seat. (children 5 and under
are still free)
As to teenage boys 'sucking up all the available food" they are just as
likely to demand 'real' food on the way home from the event because they
didn't like the feast. Hungry Fighters and teenage boys should NEVER be
allowed through the buffet line ahead of everyone else :-)
