I wasn't suggesting making people do change! I was just using an extreme
example. Of course, I am annoyed about it because teenagers seem to get the
least out of events and now we have to pay more for them to attend. Seems
wrong to me.

Second that motion. Discounts should ideally be in whole dollar amounts.
So should event fees, period.
Amusing aside: it has been floated about on occasion that teenagers should
get a discount on the site fee but have to pay *extra* for feast. This
usually just after a herd of teenage boys has gone by, sucking up all the
available food in a 1-mile radius. :-)
