[MR] Collection for Mihkael's Widow

At Sapphire Joust there will be two collection points
for donations to Mihkael the Armour's widow. 

(The medical expenses are overwhelming for them as he
did not have insurance.)

One will be at Karin Howell's Merchant tent, and the
other at the Troll.
