On the 17th day of May in Our Year XXXVIII did Her Majesty Isabel endeavor 
the transit of the length of the Kingdom to arrive at the Barony of the 
Bright Hills for the event of Garb Wars and the Investiture of the new Baron 
and Baroness of those lands.

During the courts held that fine day the following royal actions were taken:

1) Invest Lord Barre FitzRobert of York and Lady Cordelia FitzRobert of York 
as the 4th Baron and Baroness of the Bright Hills.
