[MR] Need Assistance at Sapphire Joust

Greetings My Fellow Atlantians,

            I am Lady Cicilia Tironi from the Barony of Lochmere and I
am Waterbearer in Charge of Sapphire Joust.  As you all know this is
going to be a very large event that will also, most likely, be very
warm, especially since the only shade available will be that which we
provide with our pavilions.  As such, I am going to need a lot of
assistance with waterbearing.  So, please, if you are at all willing or
able to waterbear or assist the waterbearers please do so.  This
includes doing the actual waterbearing (i.e. watering the fighters),
refilling water bottles, cutting fruit, checking on and refilling water
coolers and cup supplies, etc.....whatever you may be willing or able to
do.  No assistance is too small to help or to be appreciated!  Also, you
do not need to have taken the waterbearing class in order to help
out...only to go out onto the fighting field during holds to waterbear
(the same goes for anyone under the age of 18).  In addition, I am
hoping to teach a waterbearing class each morning at Waterbearer's Point
for any who are interested (time yet to be determined).  If you are able
to contact me ahead of time to give me an idea of when you'll be able to
assist that would be wonderful but, if not, feel free to show up at
Waterbearer's Point at any time during the event to volunteer your
services (we'll be located between the two fields in the Admin row).
The chirurgeons are also in desperate need of volunteers and would be
endlessly grateful for any assistance rendered, as well.  To volunteer
to help the chirurgeons just go to Chirurgeon's Point at any point
during the event.  Both waterbearers and chirurgeons need assistance on
Friday night, Saturday and Sunday all day, and possibly also on Monday
morning.

            In addition, as you may or may not know, there is almost no
budget for this event and absolutely no budget for waterbearing (or the
chirurgeonate for that matter).  Therefore, both the chirurgeons and
waterbearers will be putting out donation cans to cover the costs of the
event.  Any donations would be greatly appreciated as we are determined
to provide what is needed for the health of our populace regardless of
budget but our bank accounts are too slim to do so alone.  Donations in
the form of either goods (i.e. Gatorade, pickles, oranges, cups, first
aid supplies, etc.) or money would be met with extreme delight and many,
many thanks.

            Any assistance that anyone can provide to either the
waterbearers or chirurgeons (or both!) in the form of either physical
assistance or donations (or both!) would be most greatly appreciated.
:-)  After all, we are there to serve all of you and want to do the best
that we can to ensure that everyone has a safe and fun time but we
cannot do so alone.
