[MR] Lochmere area help needed- home purchase

I just put a contract on a home in Lochmere and was wondering if anyone had some good suggestions for home inspectors in the Crofton/ Odenton area. I have a list of 25, but don't know where to start.

Also - I am in need of a place to rent for 3 months (June, July and Aug) as my new home won't be vancent until Sept 1.  I only need 1 bedroom, but I have a 50 lb lab that would need to come with.

ANY help is greatly appriciated!!
