[MR] Sapphire Joust site status

I have been asked by one of the event staff for forward this information on to the Tavern.

Although it rained last night in Richmond there is currently NO standing water on the site.  The ground, although wet is not currently mucky.  The local weathermen are predicting better weather then the national weather sources.
