Do you mean the Compleat Anachronist ("Autocratting 101: A
Comprehensive Guide for Planning SCA Events," C.A. #113, published in
autumn 2001)?

That issue is not online anywhere, as far as I know, but you can order
a copy by going to http://stockclerk.sca.org (or by calling
800-789-7486, Monday through Thursday, between 9am and 4pm Pacific
Time); it will cost $4.50 including shipping/handling.
