Joust. 

Should rain prevent the Sapphire Tournies on Saturday,
they will be held on Sunday.

change. Announcements will be made on site if that is
the case. 

Friday:

9am – Site opens to Set Up Crew (Autocrat’s Note: If
you come early, you will be asked to help set up)

10 am – Troll Opens

4pm – Site Officially Opens, per the Event Flyer

9 pm – Armored Torchlight Tourney – Field

Saturday: 

10 am – Armored & Rapier Authorizations Begin followed
by Inspections, Silent Auction Begins

? 10:30 am ? Morning Court

11 am – Entry Registration Closes for Period Dye
Competition, Open Display Begins, Baronial Artisan
Competition Begins, Period Scroll Competition Begins,
Youth All Arts A&S Competition Begins, Youth A&S
Display Begins

11 am – Armored Speed Tourneys in Greatweapon,
Polearm, Two Weapon, Rapier Pick-ups

12 Noon – Dye Competition Entrants Luncheon, Teen
Meeting Pavilion Opens

12 Noon – Sapphire Joust Chivalry Tourneys for Armored
& Rapier, Games Field Opens, Oddity Contest
Begins,Newcomer’s Point

1pm - Children's Activites Begin - Ages 4-8

2 pm - Brewing Competition, Children's Food Fight
(Ages 4-8)

2:30 - Youth Courtesy and Service Quest Tourney Begins

3 pm - Children's Activities End

3:30 – Games Field Closes

4 pm – Pick up All A&S Entrants, Oddity Contest Ends,
Weaver’s Gathering

4:30 - Youth Courtesy and Service Quest Tourney Ends

5 pm – 6:30 Dinners available for Pick up at the Land
Tent. Silent Auction Closes for the Day, Teen Meeting
Pavilion Closes

6ish – Troll Closes, Security Opens

6 pm – Royal Court

Darkish, post Court – Great Atlantian Luau

Sunday: 

8 am – Security Closes, Troll Re-Opens

10 am – Armored Melees Begins, Rapier Marshall and
Rapier Classes Begin, Academie Challenge, Silent
Auction Begins, Ladies of the Rose Brunch

10:30 – Novice Display, Open Display Begins

12 Noon - Rapier Mellees, Teen Meeting Pavilion Opens

1 pm - Order of the Pearl Meeting, Children Activites
Begin (Ages 4-8)

2 pm – Silent auction Ends (Pick up items bewteen 2pm
and 3 pm), Children's Palio Pony Race (Ages 4-8)

3 pm – Live Auction Begins, Children's Activities End
(4-8)

4 pm – Pick up A&S Display pieces, Troll Closes

5 pm - Teen Meeting Pavilion Closes

Evening Court - ???

7pm -The Possum Holler Hootenanny (Here there be
Dragons...)

Monday: 

9 am – Armored Classes

11 am – Classes End

12 Noon – Site Closes
