Amen, sista.  I drove from Richmond to Winchester
Saturday morning going 95N to 17N and it took me FOUR
HOURS, with at least an hour just sitting still. I ran
into construction in three different spots on the
route, including closed 95 exits, detours, backups.
Going home, I took 17S to 15S to 64E to 95 S and made
it in 2 1/2.
