[MR] Sapphire #'s and a request for aid

We've gotten questions locally about how land is being allocated to pre-registered groups.  This is especially important for us, because we're coming from DC and don't have anybody who can head down before the Mem. weekend traffic pileup begins... so it's possible we'll all be getting on site late Friday.  Is land for groups already designated/staked/marked, or should we be worried?
