[MR] Sapphire #'s and a request for aid

Greeting Atlantia!

Currently Sapphire Joust has +/-575 registered guests.
Tonight I will receive a updated list and either later
tonight or first thing tomorrow I will post the actual
number. At this point, if you are planning on
attending, but haven't made a reservation, chances are
good that you will get in. I would suggest that you
arrive as early as possible on friday to assure that
however. Please remember to bring proof of membership
and a photo I.D. for the gate. 

Also, there will be a number of jobs that will require
volunteers for the weekend including troll, and
security that will have sign up sheets at troll.
Please consider taking a one or two hour shift at some
point in the weekend to help out our dedicated staff
of volunteers.
