[MR] Mystery Woman

Friends and neighbors,

At Gulf Wars, this lady was watching a woods battle.  The portrait turned
out pretty well, and I thought she might like to have it.  There's just one
little hitch: I don't have any idea who she is.

The only clue I have to her identity is that she was sitting on a plastic
toolbox next to a golf cart, from which I might guess that she was the
chirurgeon on duty.  Without betraying any personal information that might
attract evildoers, could any of you help this picture find its way to her?
