We were told that most of the facts cannot be disclosed for legal reasons. The
incident is beyond "Joe StickJock" getting overheated and needing a chiurgeon
to treat him on the side of the field and into the realms of medical records
and confidentialities.

But we were told by the autocrat and Ren, the chiurgeon, that she was seen by a
physician on site and that upon initial examination it did not seem extremely
severe. The ambulence was called as they would know the quickest way to the
nearest hospital to get her a full check-up as a precautionary and responsible
action.

For those who do not know, there was quite a thuderstorm just after court,
during feast at Crown Tournament. We had rain, wind, and hail from chick pea to
golf ball sized, followed by a deepa nd rolling fog that, coupled with the
smell of burning pine from a nearby lightening strike,  made it appear that the
hall was on fire. One young person was working with adults from her party
trying to rescue a fallen tent during a partial break and lightening struck
nearby. She received a shock and was given immediate medical care.

Nothing else is known and it may be that nothing will be. Any other information
would, I /think/, have to be released by her family should they choose to. But
I am in no way a legal expert.

For those who didn't go ... wow, what a tourney. A full day of EXCELLENT
fights, chivalry and honor held the field all day.
