[MR] Sapphire Field Space

	Greetings Atlantia

 If you have not already please go ahead and reserve field space for
Sapphire Joust. This will make setup go much easier for everyone.

 There is a small diagram at http://www4.ncsu.edu/~sfcallic/sapphire.html .
You can use the labels on the diagram to ask for an area you would like
to be in. (H1,L3,H4 etc... ) If groups want to be near each other
just make sure to request the same side of the field. While I can't
guarantee anything I will try my best to honor all requests. Make sure
to include the size of your pavilion.

 I'll start sending back confirmations (email or phone) next week.

 For those people without pavilions there WILL be spaces set aside next to
the field as common greens. Feel free to setup chairs or blankets in those
areas. They will be marked so you don't setup in a path

 Due to the size of the fields. We would like anyone who has tournament
fence parts to bring them. We have 600 feet of frontage to cover if we
just cover 3 sides of each field.

 Also I'm looking for 3-5 people to help with field setup. I'll probably
need people Friday and some of Saturday morning. The type
of work varies from playing Tetris with tents on paper to marking
out the field.  If you are interested send me email or call.
