[MR] Windmasters' Hill Baronial Champions and propane

if you are going to volunteer a propane tank it must have the new quick
connect fitting (the one that turns to the right and goes on by hand).  my
torches , when burning on high, use a fair amount of fuel so please bring
full tanks.  8^D
