[MR] children's A&S triathalon at Sapphire Joust?

There is I believe a children's or pages academy A&S
triathalon at Sapphire Joust, wherein the child must
produce clothing for their persona, a pasttime(game,
toy, etc.), and an accessory like jewelry, pouches,
etc.  My daughter charged headlong into the task, and
has finished her garb, a tafl board, and a chain for
hanging her comb from her brooch. Now, as I look for
the guidelines for level of documentation needed, I
cant find the original post at all! Does someone know
who is sponsoring this event, and if so where I might
find some information about it? Yes, I know, the clock
is ticking. She can likely finish in a day or so, but
I would like to be able to tell her when and to whom
she will present her efforts to at Sapphire.
