Ohhh, I disagree . . . the last part, "let live," should be the infinitive (vivere), because if you analyse the expression in English, it actually comes out, "live and allow to live"

And "fac", as I read it, means "make," so what your rendition is trying to say is "Live and cause to live" which I think is quite different from the intent of the motto.
