her highness and i would like to extend our thanks to all of the members
of the military residing in atlantia and their families.  while the
presidents words this evening still offer a hope that war can be avoided
with iraq it certainly seems more than likely.  so many of our nations
men and women have already been shipped out and more are certainly on
their way.  as such please know that our hearts are with you, our
extended family, in these trying times.

atlantia has a fine tradition at of toasting those we hold in high
esteem as we sit down at feast during our events.  isabel and i would
ask that starting at our coronation all feasts in atlantia only offer
one toast.  that toast not being to us, or to our heirs after they are
chosen, and not to our local representatives, but to the men and women
of atlantia and the world who can not be with us so that they may
protect our way of life.

please pass our desires on to your local autocrats and know that we are
truly lucky to live in such a wonderful place.  we hope that this
conflict will end very quickly and that our real world soldiers may
return home to their families in the quickest time.  our hearts are with
you and your families.
