[MR] University class proposals

Good Gentles,

It is 9 days until my deadline for class proposals for June 7 University in
Lochmere (Gambrills, MD). All track proposals that I received were accepted.
The finalized tracks and other individual classes are due to me by March 15.

A word of warning. If I receive more classes than there are rooms for them
at the site, the classes I received earlier will have priority. Even if you
make the deadline, you may not get on the schedule.
