Good question!  The Fountain is a name that had previously been registered
to the Kingdom for another purpose but not actually used.  The Unnamed
Service Award is a service award that was created in a prior reign but not
named.  At Ymir, Her Majesty and I named the service award the Fountain
(effective date April 1).  So since the name and the award are registered,
and will combine officially on April 1, we see no harm in conferring the
award under its soon to be proper name now.  And the heralds said it was
O.K.  The new awards will be published in the April Acorn, and we look
forward to doing a couple at Coronation.
