Ok, right now, the Award of the Fountain is the "Unnamed Service Award."
It was enacted into Kingdom Law under Galmr and Aryanna. As of April 1,
the official publication date of the 'Acorn,' It will be called the Fountain.
It can be found in Appendix A Section A.2.5 of Kingdom Law.

This is the service equivalent of the "Shark's Tooth" and "Silver Nautilus."

This info, as well as all the other law changes are, to the best of my
knowledge, scheduled to be in the next 'Acorn.'
