I, also, found this books from her (through other means) and wanted to give
her a day to get it before revealing my source and having someone beat her to
it.

ABEbooks  (for heaven's sake make SURE you have the 's' in there..)
is the Advanced Book Exchange. It's thousands of used books stores on-line.
There was only one copy of "Fustat Finds" but you'd be surprised what you
can find there. I've bought most of my Welsh Poetry resources through
that site.

It searches all the bookstore stocks and finds you book. It then give you
all the payment and contact information for the prticular bookstore and you
deal straight with them.

I've had nothing but good luck, myself, so far. Your mileage mave vary.
