At our meetings in June, 2003, The Atlantian College of Heralds considered 
the following items.  Unfortunately, we were unable to recommend the 
following items, and therefore Returned them.  Their submitters have 
received letters explaining the reasons for these returns, and will have 
one year from the date of those letters to resubmit revised items and no 
additional charge:

Deryk of Connemara Resubmitted Personal Device, Sable, a hippogryph Or a 
base gules (Color on Color).

Fëaelrandir i Daeadan , New Name and Device, Gyronny gules and vert, a 
raven argent (Name for Documentation, Device for lack of Name).

Geoffrey Athos von Ulm, New Personal Badge, Gules, a dolphin urinant within 
a bordure argent (Identical to already existing badge)..

Geoffrey Athos von Ulm - Geoffrey Athos von Ulm , New Change of Device, 
Gules, a dolphin haurient between two flaunches argent.(Conflict).

Randolf Garard New Household Name,  Haus weißen Wolfs (Conflict)
