Greeting to the populace of Atlantia,
 
I am pleased to announce th arrival of the newest subject of Atlantia. She is Jocelyn Alexandria, daughter of Lord Armando Isadoro Ramirrez and Lady Elizabeth Morgan of Stonehaven and she arrived at 9:32 AM this morning. Jocelyn weighed in at 8lb 7oz. Both Mother and child are doing fine.
