Tired of rain soaked events? Then come to Storvik's Novice Tourney and War 
Practice to dry out! I've researched the Old Fighter's Almanac for July 
18-20, "Clouds will finally clear to reveal the perfect weather for a forced 
march." I've consulted experts a NOAA, who assure me, "We are doing 
everything we can to ensure good weather that weekend." Do I even have to 
mention the sacrifices to appease the storm gods?

I personally promise there will be no rain at Storvik's Novice Tourney, or I 
will eat my red belt.
