[MR] Applications for Golden Dolphin Herald

Greetings to the heralds of Atlantia and apologies for those who are 
receiving this missive multiple times.

This is the last week until the June 15 deadline to submit your application 
for the position of Golden Dolphin Herald.  As of this moment I have received a 
few inquiries into the job but no one has sent me an official application 
yet.  I know the Golden Dolphin job is one of little glory and a lot of stress 
and work.  But there is the joy of knowing that you're helping your friends and 
fellow Atlantians in easing their submission experience.*

So, please!  If you are truly interested in the position, please send me a 
resume (modern and SCA) and a plan of what you would if you got the job.

* Yes, I know this line is a large bit of whitewash.  How ever could I sell 
the job if I didn't paint over some of the rough parts?
