[MR] Menu for Steirbach Baronial Birthday

Hello everyone,

For those who are interested, below is the planned menu for the up coming 
Steirbach Baronial Birthday feast.

Please note that the menu is extensive but most of the servings will be small 
to keep the feast reasonable for the stomach!  This is a Tudor inspired menu 
with many roasted meats and foods in interesting presentations as they were 
wont to do at the time.
