[MR] Face Thrusts

Are the Pennsic marshals also going to be watching for people not calling
"touch" face thrusts.  I believe that lack of acceptance of a touch has been
the prime cause of excessive force.

Just curious.

So be careful with your face thrusting in general (as this is a 'general'
ruling, not just a Pennsic ruling).
