Unto their Most Gracious, Noble, and Royal Majesties of the Knowne World do
I, Sayyidda Safya al-Mughanniiyah bint Ziyad al-Misri, Windhover Bard of the
Kingdom of the Outlands, send Greetings and Salutations!

Pennsic War XXXII is fast upon us all, and I am looking forward to
journeying forth to this most noble of events. As Windhover Bard, Kingdom
Bard of the Outlands, I am hosting a bardic circle Saturday night, August
9th, at the Outlands Encampment (Block W03) to begin a short time after
dusk. I wish to invite Your Majesties, Your Populace, and most specifically,
Your Bards to join me around the bardic fire on this evening. There will be
much merriment and festivities, and I would be most honored by Your
presence, and the presence of Your Bards. I ask that You might forward this
invitation to all members of Your populace and bardic community that will
attend.
