In an attempt to clear up some of the confusion, here's the pricing table
again.  It's nicely laid out in a table on
http://bardiccircle.org/SSBB.html, so if this one doesn't come through
nicely, please look there for the answer to your questions while I format
a better notice to forward to the Merry Rose.

Meals other than Saturday's feast are included in the site price.

I know it's an expensive event by local standards.  I'm trying to find
ways to reduce the costs or provide better value; the meals being
available has been one of those.  The event staff is working diligently to
ensure that all who come enjoy themselves thoroughly and that there are a
variety of activities to please the populace.

Some have asked how many the cabins hold and if it is possible to reserve
an entire cabin for a group.  Each cabin has a bathroom and hot/cold
showers, holds roughly 12 people in bunk beds, and yes I will make
arrangements to reserve cabins for groups of people.  Those arrangements
have not been made as of yet; please give me a day or 2 to get them
complete and we'll be glad to accommodate you.
