Greetings, at this past Windmasters' Hill Baronial Champions we had a few hours where an NMS error was made at troll.  About 12 people were charged incorrectly for the NMS for minors that had a discounted site rate.  We heralded the mistake in court but not all were made aware of the announcement.  If anyone was charged the NMS for a minor and would like a refund, please contact me.  We will happily and quickly work to provide you a refund and resolution.
