Sir Richard, as has been reported by a number of people, the incident did 
not happen this way.  Toth was standing behind the end of the bridge.  The 
archer shot at someone on the bridge, who moved away at the last moment, 
allowing the shot to continue unhindered, and thereby, striking Toth.

Again, I am only stating that this is what has been reported by the 
people/marshals on the scene - I know not the 'truth' myself.
