Ok, thank you for the information. I only listed it as a 'possibility' of
a problem. Not one that definitely occurred.

Sorry about that, upon re-reading my message, I realized that I was
unclear. Yes, by all reports he was past one end of the bridge... that's
what I meant, but in my own, bad, language (thinking of the two 'sides' of
forces, each having their own 'side' of the bridge, etc. bad language, sorry)
